Server and Network Monitoring

When you manage as many servers and internet connections as we do, across a diverse range of client sites, you need to be able to ensure they are all running normally.

We utilise MonitorIT from BreakOut Software to maintain a birds-eye view (refer image below) of how all our clients' servers are performing and to notifiy us if there are any critical issues or status changes.

We can configure the monitoring so our clients are also able to view the status of their servers and receive alert notifications for critical issues.
