IntroductionMembers for Windows is a Windows-based membership management system. It is designed for clubs, associations and organisations that have a fee paying membership base. Members for Windows allows categorisation of members by membership type, division and areas of interest, and provides a convenient means of extracting member information based on these categorisations and financial status. Members for Windows can generate photo Id cards, mailing labels, mailing house diskettes, renewal and reminder notices, mail merge files and a variety of reports. Using popular Windows word processors, customised form letters can be designed and Members for Windows will communicate directly with the word processor to automatically print those form letters. Members for Windows is a multi-user system, with comprehensive user-definable security and an integrated deposits and receipting facility. These features make it particularly suitable for larger clubs, associations and organisations; the user-friendly Windows interface allows you to make the membership data available to key personnel within the various departments of your organisation, whilst the integrated depositing and receipting and comprehensive security ensure the integrity of the membership data can be maintained.
